APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be required and Appointments missed will be charged at full price.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Luna Light Beauty cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. Please note Gift Vouchers cannot be used for treatments with Ciscos Karma.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

All our prices are subject to change without notice.

Luna Light Beauty is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its online visitors. When booking and having treatments we will collect the email addresses of our clients. This information is never shared with other parties except for our online booking partner ‘Treatwell’. We may occasionally contact you with special offers but all communications will include a clear ‘opt out’ button. Also we do not store any of your financial data, this is only used for the purpose of completing a transaction with our business.
